More Visitors = More Money

I'm still searching for that illusive way to bring thousands of visitors to this and my other blogs. More visitors = more money! Providing, that is, they are 'real' and not 'artificially' driven like some tasteless, worthless, hard tomato.

There's a few ideas wandering around in my head but until they come to fruition I'm carrying on with my daily 'doing something new' - which I mentioned yesterday. So today I'm going to write about WriteAbout.Us.

Why would I want to do this? Because if I do they will add a free link to this blog. And, yawn, more (quality) links mean ... oh well, you know by now - though don't forget those keywords!

On the front page of WriteAbout.Us there are 100 paid links and 60 freebies. The links stay on the page until it's full and then the older ones start dropping off. It's difficult, therefore, to say how long a link will remain in place. It's all supply and demand.

If you think another link would be of use to you than you can do what I'm doing and also write about WriteAbout.Us. At the moment I can't determine the 'value' of this free link, so no guarantees about lots of extra hits.

The thing is though: the more publicity they get, the more visitors they get and the more your link is seen. Ah, but there again, too many writing and the links won't stay so long on the front page ... such is life.
